We carry a wide range of products to suit a variety of budgets and tastes
Used Items
EVERY used computer that we sell are inspected andcleaned, the hard drive is wiped using a program that meets the U.S. Department of Defense requirements, then reloaded with Windows Software, the operating system is updated, and a free version of AVG is installed and updated, before it's listed for sale. Any damage to the item will be listed.
Every used monitor is set up, turned on and allowed to run, before it is listed. Any damage to the item will be listed.
New Computers and Monitors
In the event an new in the box (NIB) computer and/or monitor is listed for sale, please understand that we will open the box and set the computer and/or monitor up to make sure it is indeed working BEFORE it is listed for sale.
AS-IS items
Any items listed as "AS-IS" will be sold as is and any known damage to the item will be listed in the item description. Items purchased that are listed "AS-IS" will be considered as a final sale.
Shipping
At this time we ship to the lower 48 states only
We will gladly deliver and set up any computer that we sell, free of charge, only in the selected Ohio areas that are listed below-
Lima
Cairo and surrounding towns
Returns
We have a 3 day return policy, if for any reason your not completely satisfied with your product, simply contact us and let us know. We will gladly accept the return, and replace it with a like product if you would like. AS-IS items can not be returned to us because that sale is a final sale.
Warranties
New computers and monitors will carry a manufatcurers warranty, we will gladly follow their warranty, just contact us and explain the issue, we will handle it form there.
Used computers and monitors, we will warranty these items for 30 days from the date of sale. Items covered under this warranty are- our workmanship and the software, hardware, and operating system that M&D Computer Sales and Service loaded at the time of sale. If you experiance any issues with these items, please contact us we will gladly fix it and make it right for you.
AS-IS items. M&D Computer Sales and Service will not warranty these items.
